At this point, Trey (the associate) says he may have an open box item in the back. He returns two minutes later with a unit and says that it is $69.99. I just about hit the floor because the shelf sticker says $235! That’s nearly a 70% mark down. I wanted a better deal, but this exceeded my expectations. The only thing was that it was missing a basic cable that I already had at home. I thanked Trey and went my way. The cool thing is that this particular Best Buy store now has an enthusiastic customer who will likely return because of the great service and deal I received. Don’t be afraid to ask for a better deal for you, or to be patient. Good things do come to those who are patient and purposeful.
The greatest thing about deals like this is that they allow me to continue to pay for products with money I have on hand. Financial independence is a fantastic freedom to have. Are you willing to put in the effort and sacrifice to be free from debt?
